No stars for this business. From the rude receptionist to a 3 hour waiting period with no duty of care for waiting patients to a GP who was bored, uninterested and dismissive - an experience that was little short of disgraceful. You all need to develop some professionalism and empathy. Taking advantage of sick people who geographically are entrapped by your business - shame.

Reception people are very rude and they hang up in your ear. Many times I have aclled and they wont even answer the phone.When they pick up they just hang up.

Good Service for after hours service and its even bulk billed.

Hopeless... Rude receptionist, trying to close early even though they advertise open till 10 pm.. Doctor couldn't get me out of there fast enough and did not provide adequate care..

Attended tonight at 7pm to find there were 12 patients in front of me so i said I'd come back later when there was less pressure on them, checking they were open until 10pm. I returned at 9:2opm to an empty waiting room but was told by a rude receptionist that the doctor was too busy to see me. So my advice is call before you go in case the receptionist decides she doesnt want to let anyone else in 40 minutes before closing time!
