Carisma is dedicated to a holistic framework that recognises the emotional, physical and spiritual well being of the individual, in order to facilitate their healing process. Carisma provides a holistic approach to health and wellness through a range of natural and complementary medicine services including herbal medicine treatment, diet and lifestyle coaching, flower essences and nutrition. With an authentic naturopathic approach, she specifically focuses on a mind- body connection and makes this an integral part of her treatment. She identifies that by balancing the nervous system, many hormone -digestive, skin, immune and mental health complaints can be treated. Carisma will design a treatment program working specifically with your goals and priorities that are clinically proven to be safe and effective. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) and is also a qualified yoga teacher (RYT) who regularly practices and integrates Ayurveda and meditation into her daily life. Following the principles of Naturopathic medicine, she believes that each person has the innate quality to heal and therefore thrives on educating and supporting each and every client through this process.
