Hi, I'm Carla, a Clinical Psychologist specialising in the treatment of adults with eating and weight related disorders, depression and anxiety. If you are sick of dieting, losing control over your eating, and missing out on life because of how you feel about your body, then perhaps I can help. My aim is to help you regain a sense of control over your eating, to learn to listen to your body needs and stop putting off life through an active and mindful approach to change.
I also help people struggling with anxiety and depression, by helping you to develop new coping strategies, change maladaptive behaviours and thinking patterns, and incorporate more valued and meaningful actions into your life.
I have 2 office locations, Bella Vista and Sydney CBD.
