Carlile Swimming Carlingford

A first class experience! We have been bringing our two boys here for 3 years and we have been so happy. Both boys have had a number of teachers each more lovely than the last. The assessors with the iPads make sure we are kept up-to-date with their progress and although my youngest has struggled more recently with some skills they were quick catch it and give him some extra attention.

My boy has been going there little over 3 month and disappointing. Instructors vary greatly in giving friendly personal touch to you some are very helpful and some appear to be there because they were forced to. That can be dealt with as people's personality vary but out of all the receptionist was extremely rude dealing with customers asking for info regarding terms & conditions, changing classes etc. My boy who watched the way my wife was treated by the receptionist have told me he doesn't want to go back. Will cancelling the membership and go somewhere else you don't deserve this sort of service as a paying customer.

Fantastic! After my son fell into our swimming pool at home when he was 2, I decided I needed to get him into swimming lessons. After hearing reviews on Carlile and the values and program, my husband and I decided we would give them a shot. Reception was extremely supportive and helpful with finding me times/days etc. then the supervisors who showed me around on my first day. We started in the water confidence class where a parent swims with the child, and we couldn't have asked for a better lesson. transitioning to the next level was harder for me than my son, but all went well. Supervisors and teachers have always been friendly and supportive, encouraging me to continue practicing skills and drills at home to develop his confidence and skills. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thankyou so much Carlile :D

Very disappointing. Could not recommend. Terrible teaching methods. They miss teaching the basic fundamentals of swimming. No support or method of communication. I felt like I was the only one who thought it was terrible and that there was something wrong with my kids. Very expensive. Love our new swim school. Now we are actually swimming!
