Thank you so much to Andrew and Matthew at carline enoggera. I took my very ancient car in for a service today, unaware that it was in fact unsafe - my brakes were almost about to fail! The mechanic who did the service last year didn't say anything about any wear on the brakes!! The Carline boys also diagnosed a whole lot of other issues that needed fixing for the car to be safe to drive. Matthew spent about 20 minutes on the phone, patiently explaining what each thing was and why it was important to fix. At the end, he have me time to consider my options, and at no point did I feel pressured to make a decision one way or the other. After thinking and discussing with my husband, we decided not to proceed with the service or any repairs as they would cost more than the car is worth! If you are looking for a good local mechanic to service your cars well this is the place, I have just moved to Queensland from Sydney and had my car serviced at carline, I was amazed at how they took so much time to explain things to me, my car is fairly new and it just needed a service for warranty, fantastic,car serviced, book stamped, half dealer price, couldn't be happier, welcome to Queensland!
