We have been taking our cars to Ron for twelve years and always fill up with petrol at his garage which I have to say, along with his workshops on the premises, has to be the cleanest I've ever seen (if you don't believe me, go and see for yourself). Ron is a straight talker and will always give you honest advice and recommendations about your vehicle(s) no matter it's age or status. Be clear with Ron and he'll be clear with you He's the family GP of cars Ron runs a tight and tidy ship with friendly and efficient staff and family, who keep all the driveway extras in perfect working order, ready for use and with your safety front of mind. Cost of fuel is what it should be every day, no wildly fluctuating prices to lure you into the driveway one day and have you paying through the nose to compensate for it, the next. 2 x cars serviced same time. One car $130 to replace 3 wiper blades and 2nd car $60 to replace 2 wiper blades that did not need replacing. 2nd Car is 18 months old and done 12000kms. Just turned up to pick up and they said we changed the wiper blades for you, like it was a favour. All other costs of other parts in comparison to our old service centre in Epping were higher too, some double. $630 for a service and wiper blades on 5 year old car and $500 for 18 month service including wiper blades. WAY OVERPRICED!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am sorry to hear you were disappointed with the service of your car and we apologise that your experience did not meet Carlingford Car Care standards. As you would recall you were offered a full refund on the wiper blades when you arrived to pick up your car. We are obligated to only provide genuine parts for vehicles still under manufacturer’s warranty and as such this means a higher cost than the non OEM parts. Rest assured this has been raised with the team and I hope you will give us another opportunity to restore your confidence in our service centre. What more do you need than having the convenience & great customer service of your local mechanic pickup your luxury car from work,service it thoroughly everytime & bring it back to my workplace washed & cleaned.I wouldnt get this kind of service anywhere else except with a hefty price tag,Carlingford Car Care is effecient in servicing both our cars for over 9yrs & always great prices for all our services.Thanks to Ron & the great honest team at Carlingford Car Care.
