Terrible store ! would not let me exchange a hat that a friend had bought me that was too big. Instead they put hat fillers in front and back and tried to convince me that the hat fitted me, which it did not ! Now I'm stuck with an item I cant wear. Seriously this is terrible customer service. If your looking for a great shopping experience with exceptional customer service this is not the store for you.

My husband & son are hat lovers. I've purchased maybe 5-6 hats for both of them from Carlisle Accessories over past two years. The staff are always very helpful & lovely. The hats are trendy & fun but then also traditional. They have ranges to suit all tastes. I bought a hat for my husband for Christmas which was wrong size & I had lost the receipt but they exchanged it no problem.

That's really strange to hear that because the same thing happened to me & I had lost the receipt & they exchanged it no problem at all. I'm a business owner myself & I know that if a customer is unhappy with something about the service they received that I REALLY want to know so I can fix it. Maybe call them again & explain how unhappy you are & see if they come up with a resolution.
Yeah thanks thats good advise, but when someone has such a negative attitude I'd prefer to just go somewhere else and buy all my future stuff somewhere else. All the best
