Purchased products in July, nothing delivered, can't contact him, $4,400 down the drain :(

Carlton Lighting steals your money.

I am still waiting on a refund from an online purchase made in August that failed to be delivered for multiple reasons.

A timeline of the excuses include
- internet and phone lines not working
- the stockist has sent it but they were unable to provide a tracking number
- following the above excuse I was then asked what I ordered so the stockist could send it
- the stockist apparently sent it (again)
- the owner then asked what colour I ordered to see if the stockist could get it in
- the owner was in hospital for 7 days
- the story changed to the owner being in hospital for 7 weeks for a different illness
- a refund was eventually agreed upon however it would take 14 business days
- an additional month later and I still haven't gotten my money back

Would highly recommend shopping elsewhere

Really bad business!! 2 broken lights and 1 missing from the order. The 2 broken ones were packed in a postage box too small for the lights and because I didn't get back to them within 7 days of receiving they won't replace the broken ones and won't even send me the 1 I already paid for. $135 down the drain and an email from them with 'sorry for your unfortunate situation'. Shocking customer service!
