This is a superb escape where you can enjoy breathtaking scenery, canoeing, swimming, surfing, horseback riding, fishing or romantic candlelit dinners and simple lazy days filled with the tranquillity and peacefulness of the area.The Carlton River B&B is different in design than the normal B&B. Apart from it's position beside the Carlton River it has a Mexican, Santa Fe, Adobe style to it. It has four double bedrooms, a spa, computer access and offers continental or a full breakfast. A la carte meals are available on request.The scenic drive through Lewisham, Dodges Ferry, Carlton and Connellys' Marsh through Dunalley and onto Eaglehawk Neck and Port Arthur is a highly recommended alternative to the more frequented route.
