Really bad service. First I had to wait 10 minutes before anyone came from the back room to greet me. Then the lady couldn't understand when I asked her if I could get a lip wax. Eventually she understood. I felt too bad to leave so just stayed. She asked me to pay first before getting the wax done, which is odd. Anyway i paid. The wax room looked like someone used it as a bedroom but it had the wax pots etc. After waiting another 15 minutes for the wax to heat up she finally started my lip wax. As I was leaving I saw the price list and she overcharged me. I addressed this with her and she kept on saying the price list is old. Well if it is old where is the new one. There wasn't a new one.
I got a refund in the end for the overpayment. What an experience. I don't recommend. Unprofessional. The foyer looks lovely but that's where it ends. Very bad overall
