Thank goodness for this late night pharmacy!! Went to this pharmacy thursday last week and was impressed with the service and range. Was greeted promptly and the assistant who served me was very personable- rare to find these days. The pharmacist himself was also very helpful and was happy to have a chat with me about my meds and general health advice. Signage and parking could be improved, especially at night (drove past it!) but overall a good find.
I'm very impressed with the service in this store. When I walked in, the store was undoubtedly busy. However, unlike other busy stores the pharmacist acknowledged my presence and informed me that he would attend to me as soon as possible. In the meantime, I walked around the store and browsed the decent collection of cosmetics on offer. When I was eventually attended to, the service was friendly and helpful. I think that the signage and parking could be improved but all up, I'm very happy to have discovered a great local pharmacy!
Location is good although parking is bad. Have just moved to the area and went to drop a script in yesterday was told it would need to be ordered and to come back tomorrow night. Went back this evening and they could not find it, when I said it was ordered last night the staff rudely and blankly said, well it wasn't ordered. I then asked for the script back which they ended up finding. Very poor customer service and I have never had such rude service from a pharmacy they are usually very helpful and friendly. Missing my old pharmacy in Sunbury, they had excellent staff.
location is the best- right on the corner across from both a McDonald's and a Medical Centre- lol, woohoo!! - and the range of products is pretty impressive- especially for makeup (mostly Rimmel and Revlon, but other stuff too) and there always seems to be stuff on sale, which is good for a girl on a budget. The staff is friendly and helpful and there is a little play area to stash your kids while you try on lippy and, of course, get your prescriptions. And best of all, it is one of the only chemists in Melbourne to be open that late (till 9pm) which is extremely helpful in emergencies
