Not just a shop but a shopping experience.Carole's of Bourke is a unique craft & gift store run by four busy mums in Bourke, NSW that didn't want to see the shop close when the previous owner retired. Carole's offers beautiful gifts for all ages, homewares, ladies & childrens clothing as well as a comprehensive range of yarns (pure wool, cotton, blends, acrylic & the fantastic new craze of Zpaghetti) & craft supplies. Tanya, Anna, Una & Charlotte invite you to join them for a friendly cuppa while you browse. Why not take one of their craft classes or go along to Tuesday night craft group.
There is a child friendly area to keep your little ones occupied and we offer kids craft classes during school holidays.

What a top business in a top town. We really loved Bourke and it's friendly locals. It's a town where passers-by smile on the street and say hi and people wave as you pass in a vehicle. We popped into Carols for a browse, and came out some 20 minutes later with local home made goodies,Poppy Seed dressing and chutneys- having had a great chat with the friendly lady there (one of the Mum's who own the shop). This is a great shop to buy gifts and they tell me they also hold craft nights once a week.
