Hard to find as still coming up with old location on some websites. The ribs were good quality and I would recommend takeaway as the location was not as inviting as previous

Carolina Kitchen has moved from Coorparoo to James Street, but the quality has not changed. Same saucy ribs, same delicious wings and same jam-packed loaded fries. A great option if you're looking some authentic american food.

I have been hunting around Brisbane for a decent representation of American food and this place was on the list.
The place is quite small but the smell inside was enticing. I ordered the sample pack around $50 and it had ribs, wings and fries.
The food looked and smelt great, I couldn't wait to devour it all.
The initial bites sent my taste buds on an adventure but the more I ate, the more they got lost. The sauce is very acidic and I lost it appeal.
Dull down on the vinegar and it would be great feed.

Great American food tucked away in the suburban streets of Coorparoo. Warning: you will get messy so don't wear anything too fancy!
