I have 2 parents in this Nursing Home. 4 weeks ago I was treated in the most unprofessional and intimidating manner by a male nurse who refused to step away from me and when I threatened to call the Police he insisted I do, so I did.
It was a horrible and disgusting experience and management believe that they have sorted it out by talking to staff. I expext that man to be dismissed and don't feel in any way safe to visit my parents. I am quite astounded and will now pursue Legal action. Mind boggling.
