Caroline Springs Dental Surgery

My daughter and i had an appointment, i for a clean and my daughter for her 1st check up.I chose this clinic as it was aimed at kids. I found the dentist to have no experience with children, the area for kids lacked toys ect. Just a TV that we werent able to function. Prior to my clean i noticed the little mirror was dirty, i should of said something the, in hindsight i should of!! Our personal info was left on the counter the whole time we were there, not one person looked over it. The whole place looked un kept, the black uniforms the nurse had on was dirty!! He literally counted my daughters teeth and brushed the front teeth and sent her on her way. It was a horrible experience not to mention the lengthy wait we had!!
