Carpe Diem Studio

I just wanted to say thank you to the new owner Anoo, she is so lovely. I came in for eye lash extensions and had my 7 year old with me (she had two baby teeth pulled out earlier in the day). Anoo took her next door and brought her an ice-cream.
Anoo also cut her hair, she did a great job and I felt she is well priced. She also took the time to do a lovely braid in her hair and made her feel really special. Very positive experience highly recommend Qube Hair and Beauty Studio for kids and adults.

Qube Hair and Beauty studio rocks. I had a cut / colour and spary tan there. the owner was so professional & the staff really helpful and friendly. The studio dosent feel ordinary or sterile. Apparently its been there for years.Tucked away in the well know strip called Rathdowne Village. Its warm and welcoming. I did a disaster packet colour home job and was freaked out. The hairdressers were fun and understanding, able to fix it and make me look amazing!! ..The best experience I have had in years .I will definately be back...

I absolutely do not recommend this salon. After purchasing a voucher for $69, I then found out I was pregnant which meant I couldn't undergo the service. The owner asked me if I wanted a refund or a postponement which she said she would honour once I had the baby (very nice at the time). I have tried for five months to contact her and finally she answered the phone only to tell me that she wouldn't honour it. She claims her business was so adversely affected by the deals that she is honouring no more vouchers. So therefore I am out of pocket compensating her! Do not go there!

And they still have good old fashioned customer service with that professional touch.
