WORST COMPANY- After choosing an expensive carpet for our home and the day before installation been told that the carpet has a fault in it that we need to come and choose a new carpet. After hours of time had passed and nothing available we choose to lay the damaged carpet and discuss it with the carpet right to make sure carpet was discounted . Yet when the invoice came no discount 2nd rate carpet and legal action. Not to mention the installer not wanting to lay carpet when another trades person got in the way and left us with carpet spikes sticking up for days with a 3 years old running around ...disgusting Also another property they laid the carpet a year ago and the whole carpet came away from the top of stairs..

A particular staff at other store on the other hand has always been amazing to deal with its their company that has let them down.
