Was 2 hours late on a Sunday when I called and he was still 20 minutes away.. we rescheduled for the next day where he was an hour late with no call again. Annoying as I had scheduled work/ kids etc so the house would be free.
He continually took phone calls stopping during the job. The job done was OK, stains weren't removed but the carpets did smell fresher. They took well over 24 hours to dry with good ventilation and I was told 4-6. would not hire again, better services elsewhere.
We have 2 seaters, 4 seaters and 2 ottomans in leather as a lounge set. They were looking very dirty and tired but Diniel gave us such a helpful advice and cleaned them throughly. Now they are revived and look like a brand new set.
I am more than happy to give any referral if needed and highly recommend him to anyone.
