Carpet Call

I rang and spoke with a young man who had just started and booked for someone to come and do a quote.
I explained I suffer chronic pain and the Lino at home was hurting me so I needed a good quality carpet that would also not split my skin.
The young man came with obviously a knowledgeable staff person who was showing him.
This other salesman spent most of his time looking down on his phone and was not very helpful when I asked for his advice. They know how it will look when laid, but like with paint we have no idea really until it is down
I was told that he would make a special price and email me the quote that afternoon. Wednesday. Thursday I rang about the quote and was told I would get it in the afternoon. Come Saturday still no word so I rang again and said I wanted to go ahead with it but where is my quote
Now Monday and NO QUOTE NO PHONE CALL NOTHING. WORST SALES EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD

Shocking shocking shocking. Anyone looking to use Carpet call Burleigh - I would advise to think again. I paid a deposit for a carpet that I liked - a superior industrial carpet (same carpet we had installed previously by carpet call at another location with no issues) - which the guy promised he has in the back of his car. Then three days later he called me back and said that he no longer had the carpet and I had to choose another one which wasn't as great quality. Then after being messed around they decided to change my install dates to three weeks later than agreed without even consulting me. After complaining they eventually agreed to send someone from "brisbane" to do the installation on the weekend - the guy wasn't from Brisbane so they lied to me. The installer did the most shocking installation job I have ever seen - nothing cut straight, not glued down in sections, the joins are not even joined properly.
