My recent experience with Carpet Call Castle Hill was very disappointing. I would not deal with this company again and based on my experience would not recommend this retailer to anyone considering the purchase of carpet. Carpet Call was contracted to install new carpet and remove and dump the old carpet. After installing the new carpet Carpet Call refused to take away the old carpet, claiming the old catpet was soiled. The old carpet was definitely not soiled that I guarantee. Even if the carpet were soiled, the contract stated the carpet must be removed and dumped without condition. When pushed, Carpet Call would only offer to refund $180, claiming this is the value they place on dumping the carpet. The fee for dumping the carpet was not stated in the contract. I got 4 quotes for dumping the carpet and the cheapest was $570. In summary, If you are looking around for new carpet I recommmed you avoid this retailer and look for another supplier.
