Never ever go anywhere near this store.
We purchased a full house of carpet from them and the Carpet Layers did 3/4 of the job and got lazy and went home.
We were told to ring the store and arrange another day to get the last 10 sq mts laid. They just left this roll in the garage and I could not shift it so the 2 cars had to stay outside.
They said that they were booked out for 6 weeks and could not finish the jod till after Xmas.
Had my wife in tears and then they said that if that was not good enough they could make us wait even longer.
After I got on the phone to the Head Mad at Loganholme and said that my Niece worked for A Current Affair, things moved very quickly from then on.

Bad Store and Bad Salesman.

If you want to be insulted and talked down to, go here. I couldn't even get a straight answer on the cost of a product per square metre. He wanted to know what suburb I lived in ???? I asked why, and he said ' oh so I know how big a house you have.' I had already told him the dimensions and that I have 180m square new floor coverings needed. Every polite, straightforward question I asked was met with a sarcastic answer. Unbelievable! If you only want to serve people from certain suburbs you will soon run out of business. I went to the competitors, plenty to choose from, and easy to speak with, informative and polite, who knew? It is CUSTOMER SERVICE after all. I will not ever go to Carpet Call again, disgraceful.

Pensioners beware!! They will give you a price and after you pay the deposit, they then do a quote at your house that costs more than the original quote, and when you can't afford it...they don't refund your deposit!!! This happened at Carpet Call Macgregor....very unfair!!!
