Carpet Call

The worst experience ever, it took 5 months from time of paying our deposit to measure and installation of our plantation shutters. They wrongly ordered the bi-fold door which resulted in an 8 week delay. The Finnish product is a disappointment to say the least.

I would take the time and order some place else before ever ordering another product from Carpet Call. They are really good until they have your money then it all stops. Poor communication excuse after excuse and then when they make a mistake no compensation given to the customer.

I would not recommend this company...

My dealings with this company have been a total frustration..They were very quick to take my money (that's the only thing they have done well) .

Firstly the job was measured wrong so not enough carpet was ordered which turned a 4 hour job into 2 days...Being self employed an extra day off work costs me money..

The job was not laid to plan with 2 joints in the main doorway and one of those joints has come apart by 40mm...

The whole job is loose and needs a stretch.....

I have spent 5 weeks trying to get them to fix this job but keep getting the run around.....

I have made 20+ calls and been into the store 2 times and keep hearing the same thing "someone will call you"...

After sale service from this company is appalling in my opinion....
