Not happy. Booked them and they never showed up. Tried to phone them and no answer - and the land line wasn't working. Furious.

Terrible communication, service and incomplete job. There is a reason why this is slightly cheaper than other cleaners. Strongly recommend against dealing with this company.

Had a staff rock up late to do the carpets, cleaner rushed the job to get to something very important they were going to. After not really noticing any difference (took video evidence for proof that afternoon) called back to complain, the staff on the phone was really nice at first saying that it doesn't seem right and that they'd send cleaner back out to re do it. The cleaner came back out and argued that they did a great job and the person on the phone supported the carpet cleaner's decision to not do it again, leaving us with a big bill and the worst carpet cleaning I have ever seen in all of the houses I've rented and had the carpets cleaned. Not to mention these were carpets less than 12months old. We ended up getting electrodry in to see if they could do any better. They were the worst carpet cleaners i have ever experienced! First they quoted us a set amount, then decided to almost double the quote, claiming our carpets were "excessively dirty". I'm no carpet cleaner, but we had them done less than 6 months prior (as is part of our rental agreement), and we are very careful with keeping our carpets clean, so how they could be "excessively dirty" is beyond me. They proceeded to do the job, but left it in such a terrible mess. The carpets looked terrible after they did the work, like dirt had been thrown on the carpet and then smeared all over the place! We tried to resolve it with them and they refused to either come back out or refund us our money, even though they claim to have a 100% money back guarantee on their website! The cleaning guy arrived on the day arranged, in fact an hour earlier than expected.



Job was okay, but I felt like he just wanted to get it done and get out as fast as possible.



I said I wanted the carpet cleaned because of dust/hayfever problems and he said that I'd then need the anti-microbial spray at an extra charge, "otherwise all I'll be doing is spraying water on it". That cost an extra $25 dollars per room but only took 2 or 3 minutes per room.



After he'd left I found there was a big puddle of dirty water on the floor where the machine had been standing which did not leave a good impression.
