Carpet Cops

If only I had read previous reviews before using carpet cops. My Rugs were picked up, then taken for 3 months, multiple text had to be sent requesting their return. Text messages were often read but not responded to. After much delay the rugs were dumped on my front porch, of course payment was held before delivery would be made. The rugs were in no better state than when they were taken.... $400.00 wasted. please use an alternative to these guys.... local companies are not always best which is very sad. Excuses of injury and problems with phone...... blah blah..... own the problem and your mistakes.

do not use for your oriental rugs!!! I asked them to clean a silk rug and they said they knew what they were doing. When it came back the pile was all messed up which, for a silk rug, is a disaster. They were not at all interested in my concerns when i rang to discuss. I ended up having to take it to a reputable cleaner who was able to reset the pile and restore it to how it was before it needed cleaning. Do not trust them to clean any expensive, oriental rugs.

Bought a voucher from Grab One in October and i tried and tried to contact them to use my voucher, left messages on there voice mail, emailed them through there website but still nothing, even Grab One tried to get in touch. They have received there money for the service but have not kept to there part of the deal, i think its disgusting service!!! If they couldn't do it for any reason they could have at least replied. I have now been refunded by Grab One thankfully. Anyone thinking of using this company think again!!!!!!

Bought a voucher from WhyPayFullPrice in October. Booked my cleaning in mid-November for today at 11:30am. Got the day off at work and just at 11:25 received a text msg from them saying they were running 1 hour late. Tried to call them back straight away to ask for further explanations to no avail, they would not pick up the phone. At 12:30, after repeated attempts to get in touch with them, they called me back just to state again they were running late and at my question on how long it would have been, they just started insulting me saying they were sick of people like me, who expect them to do impossible things. That's it, hung on me and didn't show up to honour the appointment. Customers have their rights, no business whatsoever should treat their customers like this "professional" treated me today. Just had Kobi out to do my carpets. Really lovely guy, very friendly and professional. Really nice to my children and a warm kind of fellow. Would definitely use them again.
