Carpet Court

I recently had vinyl plank flooring laid by the Cairns store. They had to include putting beading around the bottom of the skirting which they did HOWEVER the result in several places was awful. They used small pieces of beading that did not match the length of the skirting. I am told this meets industry standards but no one would be happy with the finished job. They admitted it looked odd in photos I sent and agreed to return but today I get an email saying they feel they met "industry standards" and reneged on coming back!

About 7 months ago got carpet for lounge and floor for kitchen we are pensioners money gas to be saved over a long term to get that, carpet very poorly laid, the floor they used substandard glue we are still having glue come up between the lines of the boards, we also sent them to a friend to have new carpet, she was lucky she got two brothers who did a great job, our floor is loose in the loung, will get new carpet soon as we can by not from carpet court, never again, no follow up.service, even though I have called. This is in the canningvale store in WA, we dis use them once befor ten years ago but then service was outstanding. Not now.

I went to carpet court stmarys nsw an the lady there was fantastic her knowledge an help was outstanding . I have recommended every1 to go there if u want carpet tiles advice u name it. This lady is the best an deserves recognition please acknowledge this an her . Couldn't ask for better services . My partner said when we left the store I love this lady I want to marry her lol .
