I am absolutely thrilled to let everyone know my experience with Carpet One Lithgow. I had my entire house fitted for blinds and carpet from them. The sales staff were friendly, outgoing and very professional about their approach to what was a big job. Their courteous nature every time I went into the shop or called was a delight. The blinds chosen were put installed quickly and look amazing. The carpet installers were friendly and really knew what they were doing - nothing was ever a problem... even the two extra stairs that I asked to have laid at the last minute.

Very poor service. No commitment to the customer. They are rudest people in the world. Dont even talk to them. All it started with my quote and when i asked them for the best price they said rudely " take your business elsewhere" . after that somehow i hired them for laying the carpet for some reason they missed first set date and for silly reason. Later asked for the full money before the job itself, i asked them if i can pay upon job completion again they write threatening email that take your money back after losing 10 days of my rent they denied to do my job. Please be very very careful while dealing with them. Rather use bathurst carper than them. They are most rude people i have ever seen. Even after my apology the company director writing rude email;s and I lost my 10 days waiting for them to lay the carpet and they denied my job. DONOT work with them they donot have any sense of responsibility besides being rude and no respect to their customer.

Starting with the initial contact with the delightful Cathy, my experience with Carpet One Lithgow team has been the provision of exemplary service, quality product and installation. Owner Dean provided prompt, courteous measure and quote, also offering knowledgeable assistance and guidance re negotiation of the multitude of carpet choice decisions. During the tedious colour decision process Cathy demonstrated calm helpful patience and friendly humour. Installation was commenced with the punctual arrival on designated day by Luke. Careful consi deration of freshly painted walls and general respect of the home during carpet laying makes Luke the perfect tradie! His friendly demeanour, compounded by a highly professional outcome on the floor, smoothed a potentially anxious process to a great result. This team ticks all the boxes and I having no hesitation in highly recommending them. Quality all the way!
