I wonder how these guys stay in business. After a minute phone call enquiry speaking to Danny who told me that Forestville was too far away from Alexandria so didn't want my business. He had not even let me finish to say that initially I was looking at one room for carpet replacement, but as an interior designer I also am looking at other business. But I guess I dodged a bullet. You get what you pay for and by the sounds of other reviews they under quote which should be reported. But this guy is in the wrong job as he could not hide his disgust and frustration that he would have to travel over the bridge.

We had around 80sqm metres of bamboo flooring installed in our house in Annandale by Danny, Harry and the team. They did an excellent job, despite there being numerous problems, including delays in accessing our new house, unlevelled concrete and a lot of rain. Despite the unlevelled concrete the result was pretty good. Danny has a robust personality, but don’t let that put you off. His team came on time, installation was done well and on budget and he was willing to be flexible when problems arose. Plus his prices are better than most.

This guy was so rude and had such a bullying manner we decided to go with a slightly more expensive dealer to avoid having to deal with him as his attitude rang alarm bells. On first visit it looked like a good deal, however when returning a few days later to ask details he was quite condescending, when he realised we were only after a quote he was straight out rude. The shop was empty so hard to understand his attitude and we were genuine buyers.

Upon entering the store in late January, I received very poor customer service. So poor that I walked out in disgust. When asked questions about types of flooring and cost; I was spoken to in a condescending and frustrated tone. For example, when asked for the breakdown in cost i.e. laminate, labor, underlay etc, it was met with an exhale of frustration & rudeness and felt like I was wasting their time. In addition, when I was asking information on types of floor colors, it too was received with rudeness with a condescending tone. I had to ask them twice if they wanted the business! I then walked out of the store in disgust. I then sent a complaint email, the response was unbelievable it appeared that you found this difficult to understand,also simple questions relating to the cupboards. This business clearly does not understand customer service.

So rude! Terrible, terrible customer service! I am blown away by how rude and condescending each dealing I had with this company was. Discovering all these reviews did not surprise me it at all, it made me laugh after how rudely I was treated. Wish I had checked these before even bothering.
