As an insurance agent we do more than simply find a policy that fits the needs of our client. Our job involves assessing your needs, developing a risk profile and then finding several options that may fit those needs. We then must be sure the policies offered are good a fit for the risks our client faces. We also look to find you the best price on a policy offering the best coverage. Simply put our goal is to make sure you are covered correctly and get the best price possible.

But our job does not stop there. We also make sure that in the event of a claim you receive everything you are entitled and that the claim process is as smooth and easy as possible for you. We have many examples of having identified losses that our clients were not aware they could claim. As well as examples of when insurance companies initially knock back a claim incorrectly and we are able to correct this error and get the claim paid.
