A well family run cafe with plenty of variety to choose from, other than great chocolate.
It can be a little hard to find which is a good thing as it means it's never packed or full of people desperate to be seen. Rather, I always get a table. They also have highchairs which isn't the case for other cafe's in Chatswood. They made my 2 year old feel very welcome.
We had the Carre Big breakfast, with it's chorizo sausage and pickled vegetables (plus toast, bacon and eggs etc) it whisked me away to a cafe on the Mediterranean. Whilst my friend enjoyed the smoked salmon for breakfast.
Coffee is fine and worth the 'wait.' Prizes seemed reasonable and well worth it for the Chatswood area.
Free WiFi as well.
I had a pleasant lunch here with my grandma on Tuesday. It is a nice quite place located inside the Chatswood Chase complex. The decor is quite quaint with tea cups and fake flowers decorating shelves and tables. The menu has a good selection of sandwiches, melts, burgers and other lunch items. I had the pulled pork burger ($12.90) on the house made brioche bun, it was very nice.
