Beware!! Beware!! Beware!! Unfortunately I had to take my car to a certain repairer. The repairer was Carr's Body Works in Nunawading DO not take your car to Carr's Body Works. Worst experience of my life have been elsewhere to have things repaired myself and paid for as they refuse to accept that they have done anything wrong. The only person who had any compassion for me was the girl at the front desk but unfortunately she is not repairing the cars. Never again.

WARNING: DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!

It has taken Carr's Body Works over 12 months to fix a minor repair on my car. I was advised to take my car here Bingle Car Insurance. If Binge has referred you also, please try and change to another repairer.



This has been a terrible experience. I had to take my car back to Carr's six times. I was made to feel as though I was in the wrong. The people who work there are unfriendly and rude.



I don't usually write reviews online, but I want to warn other people not to take their car here. I wish someone had of told me before this terrible experience.



To be honest, I don't know how they stay in business and why any insurance company would send their customers here!

I had a recent claim in regards to my car from . The repairer chosen was car body works in nunawading .

The repairer is extremely clumsy has always provided incorrect estimates of time. This has caused us a lot of inconvenience as we have to call him again and again to know the status of the car. The delay is more than double the time quoted for repair. The repairer does not have any regret on the time taken and is extremely arrogant when explaining the cause of delay

We will not be going to this repairer again

Advised repairs would take 3 - 4 days (small dent, rear of car).



3 weeks later I got my car back. Whilst paying for a hire car ALL this time !



During this time NO phone calls from them AT ALL!

Every time I rang they had another excuse lined up.
