Thank you Harry for rescuing us after I broke the kitchen tap yesterday, leaving the hot water flowing with no way to stop it other than turning off at the mains.

Harry is outstanding! We were caught out on a cold weekend when our Brivis ducted went on the blink. We resorted to "Professional Heating and Air Conditioneing Services" (run away as far as you can) who charged us over $300 for the call out and did nothing but give me a quote for $1900 to fix the Brivis heater. Harry came out a few days later, when he promissed he would, took out a part, cleaned it, put it back. Fixed ! 10 minutes. Really knew where to go. No idle chit chat, no messing about. True professional. Gave me a couple of good tips as he went too. if you have any issues with your Birivis ducted heating, DONT GO ANYWHERE ELSE !
