Fully furnished triplex front unit with 3 bedrooms, (master with queen bed, 2nd bedroom has queen bed & 3rd bedroom has double bed with single bunk above), 1 bathroom & separate toilet. Sleeps 7 comfortably. Lovely outdoor alfresco area with BBQ. Well kept shady front garden & fenced. V. Safe for children. The garage has been used for storage, but there is room for one car in the drive in front of the garage, and parking on the verge. The property is air conditioned with reverse cycle. Well equiped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine & Bosch oven/grill. The laundry has a Bosch washer, a dryer, iron & board. All linen is provided & when bookings are confirmed, an extensive inventory will be provided.
