Casa Del Gelato

An old time favourite when I on this street to have a bite to eat and this ice cream shop is a definitely must that cannot be missed. They have been around for as long as I could remember. Over the summer they could get really busy and the wait is a fair bit. They have so many varieties of ice creams and gelato to suit almost everyones taste bud. Some of my favourite gelatos Ive often find myself coming back for are the Blackberry, Caramelised Fig, Jasmine and Passionfruit. As for their ice-cream the list is also endless, making some of the best flavours, some favourites include Hazelnut Brittle, Honey Crumble, Nutella & Pistachio, For a shop based on Lygon street I find that they are well priced, for a single cone or cup with 3 flavours will cost $6 otherwise I would sometime opt for the 4 flavour for exra $1. Staff are friendly which makes a huge difference also.

not unusual taste for me because i've tried many gelato stores in town, this is not the best nor not the worst, but the taste was just right. what i appreciate most is that it's a homemade gelato.

Delicious food that does not look all that ordinary.The fact that you don't have to go to a fancy restaurant to get is even better.

It is a great novelty and should be experienced at least once...

the Gelato in Casa Del is the best in Melbourne. its very yummy and delicious, the ingredients is totally perfect. the place was nice and clean, the staffs are very friendly and entertaining. . . really enjoy my time spending in Casa. .
