Just fabulous! Have dined here 6 times now - definitely addictive. Food consistently excellent, great friendly service as you would expect from a family run business. More of an "adult" feel than most of the other mexican restaurants; the Beef Quesidialla is soooo good washed down with the Sangria we now can't choose anything else from the menu. The staff cannot do enough for you, 5*
We went to this restaurant last night after going there for the first time in 2012 for lunch. We loved it the first time which is why we decided to return last night. Unfortunately,it was a very different experience! Firstly, we were shoved into a corner table inside of the restaurant with very little room to move! Secondly, they were very busy and didn't have enough staff to adequately cover the number of customers. As an example, after approximately 8mins of being there I had to flag down a wait staff to take our drinks order! Even then,staff didn't come straight to our table as staff had to go up to the counter firstly to look after a customer who needed to pay. Thirdly, after our initial drinks order, we weren't aapproached again by the staff during the meal asking if we would like more drinks. Think when you're timing how long it takes til you get served then you're already a difficult customer..we are locals and go to this restaurant all the time and it compares to no other in terms of both service and food even on busy nights. We've waited longer for drive through takeaway than our meals here and these guys do everything fresh. I often have fajitas and have no problem using my knife and fork..actually no restaurant I know serves tongs with their sizzle dishes so maybe ur just a little too picky. Casa Mexicana is a 10/10 in our books!
This is a small business. Sure, it is annoying when you're hungry and the service is slow, but they aren't slow from standing around doing nothing, they're run off their feet. Slow service when they are busy won't deter us from returning. Staff are friendly and food is delicious.
Love this restaurant! We have been there twice now and it was amazing both times. I had the beef enchilada's and they were the best!! This restaurant is so good it should be packed full every night! It's small and I think it could be over looked but it is SO worth it!!! Defiantly go there!
