Wow, I can't believe these people are still in business. I ordered a case for my IPad air off their website and paid nearly $40 for it about 3 years or more ago. No response... even after I sent them messages asking where it was...I'm still waiting... I don't think it is going to happen somehow. I would give them zero stars if I could

Repaired my iPhone 6 screen the first time, service was fine was all good. 2 months later the screen started to peel off as the glue failed. They said that it was nothing to do with them and it was physical damage caused by me. Plus didn't even have stock to repair the screen at the time.

I went to that shop to fix my experia z3 and I bought a hdmi transmitter. First: they said they are out of stock of parts for my model so they have to order. So they asked me for 50% deposit which I paid and then they said they will call me to let me know they got it. And they did not. The price they quoted me for repair is actually triple price of what other shops quote. 2: today I went to shop to return hdmi transmitter because it's not doing the job properly it's transmitting to slow and picture is breaking out all the time. And they refuse to take it back!!! And they still have not fixed my phone!!! I do not recommend that shop!!! You will get ripped off and will not get goods that you paid for!

I contacted this shop after I cracked my Nexus phone's screen. I was advised that the part was out of stock, but they would get it in and fix the phone. A week went by and I heard nothing. I call to ask how it was going and they said they couldn't get the part, but would try again and get back to me. Another week goes by and I hear nothing from them. This happened twice more before I said enough is enough and went to get my phone.

In every interaction I had with this business, they struck me as rude and as if they couldn't be bothered, and didn't want my business. They never got back to me to update me about how they couldn't fix my phone and never tried to help. Awful communication skills and a complete lack of work ethic.

Do yourself a favour and don't use this company. Biggest waste of time and utterly incompetent.

Worst customer service I have ever received. I contacted this organisation and was advised that the part could be sourced and the repair could be completed next day in under 40 minutes. I had to pay an $80 deposit.
