On Monday 5th July 2021 I purchased a Samsung UBD-M8500 4K Blu-ray Player for $221 so I could watch my favourite Blu-Ray movies with a much clearer picture and better resolution. The staff were kind and thoughtful to me and the service was fantastic. They refunded me on Wednesday 7th July 2021 because it was missing the HDMI cable.
I was refused service in this store for not wearing a face mask. I told them that I had a medical exemption. They then asked to see the exemption even though it is unlawful for them to ask. I was harrassed by 4 staff. I was told that I was selfish for not wearing a mask. They behave like they are Gestapo members. Bullies and unprofessional
Legal action incoming.
I recently came in here to collect an item for my brother as he was unable to pick it up. Small office that looks run down. Now i have never been into a cash converters before so not sure what to expect. There was no queue system but a fair few people waiting to be served. When it was my turn, i handed the docket to collect the items. i cant beleive the amount of interest they charge ontop of the amount loaned. Its ridiculous. Its basicially robbing a person except its not because there is a signed contract between the customer and cash converters but i was so suprised to see so many customers lining up selling off their items or storing their items to get money and be charged a chunk of interest. I mean sometimes it might be the best way for easy money and it was interesting to see how cash converters manage it. Not inteirely impressed as i know i wont be visiting cash converters for myself but i guess for others it works well for them.
