I confirm they were polite but that was the only good thing about them.
Called them on Friday and they said they would pick up the car either on that day or Monday. Days passed so I gave them another call on Wednesday morning. "Yes, we will pick it up today."
They called me back on Thursday but, oops, it was too late. I ordered a removal from the other company and they arrived in just few hours (and also paid $30 more than Cash for Cars Removal offered me over the phone).

There's many Cash for Cars services in Melbourne, they all end up paying the same as each other, some start with a low price and work their way up on viewing of the car, and others start with a very high price working their way backwards. However they all pretty much stuff you around except these guys, from the start they were polite to deal with, were able to give me a fixed locked in price over the phone that was fair. Even more impressive on collection the driver was also a top bloke, not someone that looked like he had just come out of prison and happened to come past your place to collect your car on the way to see his parole officer like some of the other Companies I have dealt with in the past. And believe me I have dealt with many being a used vehicle sales person that needs to often dispose of older trade-ins. Have used these guys now on about 5 occasions and can't pick any faults yet.
