I had tried a few Doctors before Dr Cash and he was the only one that seemed to listen and discuss, rather than reading straight off a medical textbook.
I was really quite horrified to be told to drop my son off at the local DOCS office and drive off and abandon him on a Sunday evening. I really wouldn't recommend Dr Cash to anyone!
