Bought coupon for 5 massages from Groupon, had trouble making a booking, message bank always full, this was in Sept, then they were closed for 2 weeks, then drove there early Oct to get a booking, told not until next year (2013), told them it was not good enough. So they managed to find me 2 spots late December. Had bad feeling, so drove there this morning, a For Lease on front door, and notice saying coupon buyers could get a full refund from Groupon and that the BUSINESS WAS NO LONGER TRADING.
Bad all round experience, good lesson don't buy from Groupon, not worth the money you pay, obviously. Going to Fair Trade about Groupon.
I purchased a groupon voucher for this business and had a difficult time getting an appointment. The phone always goes to voicemail and the messagebank is usually full so you can't leave a message. I finally got an appointment but they phoned just before it to say they had to cancel. I rebooked an appointment for 10am on a different day and stood outside the shop waiting for someone to open up. I gave up after 30 minutes and a phone call to a full messagebank and went home. I can't comment on the quality of the massage as I can't get one!
Purchased a voucher for this business and booked an appointment, turned up, business was closed for a couple of weeks (which i had to call and find out via their voicemail). I was not notified, not even in an e-mail so i don't waste my time driving there. I was told i would be contacted after the 12th to re schedule an appointment. It is now the 18th and i have not been called. I've never experienced anything like this before. So be careful, do not buy vouchers for this place. I'm not sure what walk-in experience would be like.
