Best customer service I have received from a mechanic. Whatever my query is they take the time to explain it to me, walk me through it and ensure I understand. They take pride in their workmanship, their knowledge across the staff is great and their workshop is clean, organised and welcoming. I've found my new mechanic.

I was recommened to Cassar Automotive by a friend of mine who had a great experience with them. I have had a lot of experience with mechanics, and recently, I have had the worst experience after purchasing a car from a dealer. After many of stressful days trying to get a petrol and oil leak fixed with the dealer's mechanic, I had enough and took my car to Cassar Automotive. They were extremely professional, clean and knowledgable. Ray found the oil leak with no worries, quoted the job and fixed the petrol and oil leak problems. I couldn't have asked for a better job and friendlier service. Ray ran through exactly what he has done, where the leaks were coming from and what they did to fix the problems and showed me as well. Highly recommended!! Thanks again guys!

Today was my first experience with Cassar Automotive where they cleaned and degassed my air conditioner. On arrival I was greeted very professionally and even got a lift home with my sick son. When I come to pick up my car I was explained clearly and fully about what was done to my car. I was very pleased with this business and will use them again and highly recommend them to friends and family.Thanks to all the nice staff that made my experience a positive one.
