Found out this place is now the authorised distributor and centre for warranty claims for cardo system products. I needed to make a warranty claim for my bluetooth headset and spoke to them over the phone who pretty much said "Sorry the product doesn't break that way. You have no warranty claim." Who are are you to say this without even any investigation? Then quoted me a ridiculous price for a replacement module. Avoid this place if you want good customer service and good value. Can only pray my new module doesn't break within the warranty period so I never have to deal with them.
