The staff at Castle Motors went above and beyond for me. I bought a Polo and was not happy about a small dent in the bumper, I spoke to Luke and he organised with the owner to have the bumper resprayed. The bumper looks brand new. I was over the moon with delight. All staff went that extra mile for me, I really appreciate it.

Take good care of our BMW which is now 8 years old but runs beautifully. They explain everything and spend a lot of time answering my questions.
