Appointment made on advice that results would be ready for the Dr's appointment that evening. Waited 45 mins to get called in. Mentioned my evening appt at reception who told me to tell the radiographer. Mentioned it twice to her and at reception again who told me to pick up films & report half hour before dr's appointment only to be told that the person who was to report on my films had left 20 mins before!!! Not their fault. Receptionist needs to give proper advice to questions they should know answers to like HOW LONG a report will take. would have made arrangements for scans to be done earlier if I was given the proper advice!
