Not impressed at all. The receptionist wasn't friendly or welcoming. The report was brief, ambiguous & incomplete. The final straw was when I emailed twice to have the report reviewed & corrected / confirmed & both emails were completely ignored. I cc'd their client service team on the second email ~ nothing?! Go elsewhere.

I have been here several times, the receptionist is very rude, as is the women who types up the reports, the lady that scanned me was terrible, I have had this same procedure done many times elsewhere & this was done so poorly compared with other times. I have been advised by several doctors not to come here but went out of convenience as local & it's is also reasonable priced but do not make this same mistake.

Go somewhere else! I have been here three times for two different scans. First time was ok however the last two times the receptionist has been rude to me, both on the phone and in person (second time I've been they refused to process my rebate in person and I had to go into Medicare myself), my scans have not been printed on time (last time was put on the 'collect tomorrow' pile). Generally unreliable- go somewhere else!
