Casuarina Malaysian Bistro
Casuarina's menu offers 10 specials permanent enough to be carded, signature dishes marked, as well as entrees, noodles, rice and roti dishes. An entree platter of two satays, beef and chicken, spring roll, curry puff and samosa is a chance to sample several dishes. Pandan chicken comes wrapped in the aromatic leaf. Roti canai has two fluffy breads and a good serve of chicken thigh meat in its curry sauce. There's also a generous amount of whole green and crunchy okra, eggplant and sodden tofu to satisfy the timid. The food here is heartening: it may be in a suburban barn but Casuarina cares about its culinary traditions, offers friendly service and is worth the adventure.

This is my favourite place to go! Their signature dish is my all time favourite (char quay teow) they are always friendly and always have great service! They also do take away which is great, better than getting junk food! My little one eats the adult food and loves it! Been going here for many years and will be for many more to come! Highly recommend them!
I went here with my sister before a movie one night and did not enjoy it and will not be going back. My sister's meal was ok but mine was SO salty/too much MSG that I could hardly eat it and it gave me a terrible headache.
It was also took 30+ minutes for our meals to come out (after reminding them) on a night that was really quiet.
The other reviews seem ok so it may just be that dish, or an off night for the kitchen staffs?
Good service, and seems to have a fusion of chinese, indian and malay dishes. I've your heading to the Megaplex cinema's here is the place you want to have a dinner with a twist before the movie.
Gave the beef rendang, drunken noodles and satays a try, all were of good quality and were different enough to set them apart from your usual Asian fare.
Would go back here again, food was great!
