My mum is in her 70s and Sammy from Casula centre management was her hero today when he successfully found a taxi to take her home with her groceries. She had been waiting for a taxi for hours. Sammy is a beacon of exemplary customer service and empathy. I send my thanks to Sammy and the centre management team for their care and consideration of the elderly. Highly recommend and sincerely appreciate Casula for being a family friendly place to shop alongside people who genuinely care about others.
A good place to shop for the basic necessities. Relax with connections at the coffee shops or simply take care of banking and postal services. For the keen punter there is a TAB on premises.
Only negative that I have is that the car park needs a major overhaul and needs to be upgraded to cater for all the shoppers and customers of services on site.
