My experience was just like others. Faulty workmanship and left the job unfinished after being paid. One year later I have had to have the tiles ripped up and waterproofing re done and tiling redone. Thousands out of pocket. They will not return calls once they have been paid. Do not trust this company. No compliance certificates provided. Look for a reputable builder.
Not even worth half the star. They have left our bathroom unfinished and unusable and abandoned the job. Their communication is appalling and we are left out of pocket as we now have to find someone to finish the works and correct the errors. Never been so disappointed. I'm used to writing good reviews but 4 months without a bathroom and I'm not feeling so nice, I don't want anyone else to have this happen to them.

I am sorry to hear that your experience with this company was equally bad as ours. We had the same story with our bathroom.
They did a horrible job and left the bathroom unfinished and with a very long list of faults. We also had to get somebody else to finish the job, leaving us with substantial out of pocket expenses. Waterproofing was faulty, bath was installed without any support at its base, caulking could have been done better by a three year old, tiles poorly cut and a unusable shower base.
They had a very rude and condescending attitude; even smoked inside our house. They came to rectify issues but both times they came they left the bathroom with more issues than it already had.
They also are operating using a Building License and registration under a different name.
Definitely a company not to be trusted. They are also trading under the name " Melbourne Bathroom Solutions".

After writing our initial review Cate Bespoke Group acknowledged the faults with our bathroom and rectified the situation by agreeing to give us a partial refund to cover for the additional work that was required to complete bathroom. We are pleased that this situation was resolved in an honorable manner.

Glen has just finished our bathroom renovation and I could not be happier ! He came in under budget and under time . He has managed to bring a 30 yr old bathroom into something that has just walked straight out of a magazine . Would happily recommended glen for your next bathroom renovation .
Message on hold states they take the headache out of renovating.This is true because they gave me the biggest migraine trying to get them to fix all the sub standard and untradesmanlike work that was done. For me Glen Cate cannot be trusted. Unanswered phone calls (always to message bank), unkept promises,no compliance certificates for water proofing or plumbing. A 3 week job is now out to 5 months. I am not a tradesman and I could do better work. Do not use this company because you have every chance of similar workmanship. Save your money, you would get a better job from Santa Clause.
Not happy with Cate Bespoke group. After paying cash upfront I was left with the work incomplete and a list of faults. They did not answer calls and I am considerably out of pocket after needing to employ other people to finish the work. It was a very expensive renovation and I did not receive compliance certificates from the plumbing and electrical work either so think the trades they employed may not have been qualified. Do not go anywhere near them!
