Catherine is a psychotherapist in private practice. She believes that people are social and desire a connection with others, even if this can be difficult or feel near impossible. Using psychoanalytic theory as the framework that underpins her practice, Catherine is also guided by an intuitive understanding of people and relationships. She aims to facilitate clients to obtain a deeper understanding of themselves, in order to feel clearer and more confident in their own identity and have more meaningful relationships with others.
