Catholic Community Services operates Lifestyle Home Services as a seperate business unit. It provides in-home support services to individuals to maintain independence and stay at home or for families who are feeling overwhelmed and looking for support.
In the New England area, Our home services can provide flexible and tailored support with:
Personal Care, such as showering and dressing.
Domestic Support
Respite
Medication Supervision
Meal preparation
Nursing services
Social Support/outings
Transport to appointments
Shopping support
Wellbeing Services - nutrition & meal planning and working with other allied health professionals to ensure positive health outcomes.

We can also provide staff on a brokerage arrangement.

All these services are available across Regional and Rural NSW.

Aged Care Services in the home, such as Community Aged Care, Extended Aged Care at home and Extended Aged Care at home Dementia packages.

Consumer Directed Care Packages, enabling older people to have greater say and more control over the design and delivery of care services they receive.

Mental Health Respite Carer Support Services, providing support to carers and care recipients.

Hoarding and Squalor Services, aimed at providing assistance to people living in poor living conditions, including domestic squalor.

Clergy and Congregational Care, we work in collaboration with religious leadership teams to support their members as they age.

Aboriginal Services Development, Catholic Community Services is committed to improving Aboriginal people's access to quality community services.
