If it's caring, helpful staff you're looking for, who go the extra mile to provide services for your loved ones, this is NOT the organisation for you. After dealing with this organisation for many years, I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere. There are many great organisations whose staff will provide you with loads of helpful information and bend over backwards to accommodate your needs. Now that there are options open to you and your family, it's worth spending time locating a really good organisation. Managing your own or your relative's case will enable you to access a much wider range of services. Sub-contracting to private agencies is also another good option.
